Fully compliant with IWF standards, the BRAINGAIN Advanced Olympic Bar has maximum weight load of 1000lb / 450kg.

The BRAINGAIN Advanced Olympic Bar is designed to withstand significant impacts from exercises like bench press, shoulder press, deadlifting, clean and press, powerlifting and olympic lifting. Each side of the bar has a loadable sleeve length of 41.5cm allowing you plenty of space to load up your bumper plates.

The BRAINGAIN Advanced Olympic Bar is designed to stay with you on your journey. Whether youā€™re starting on the lightest weight, or something heavier, the option to load up additional plates will be by your side as you gain strength and go through the weight range.
