The BRAINGAIN Stand is compatible with the 23.5kg Adjustable Dumbbell, 32.5kg Adjustable Dumbbell and 41.5kg Adjustable Dumbbell is designed to make your workouts more convenient by bringing your adjustable dumbbells up to waist height saving you from having to pick up your adjustable dumbbells from the ground.

The BRAINGAIN stand is easy to set to up (less than 10 minutes), simply attaching the trays to the stand with the screws provided and dock the dumbbells safely and securely when not in use.
