Please note the adjustable dumbbells, similar to all adjustable dumbbells, are not designed to be dropped or thrown down. You may notice a minor rattle when using the adjustable dumbbells – this is common across all adjustable dumbbells – and is intentional as part of the engineering where we have sought to reduce the amount of plastic and stick to high quality materials to give an enhanced workout experience.
