Ich habe sehr viele Jahre in einer großen Fitnesskette gearbeitet und glaube mich etwas auszukennen. Das sind die besten Handeln die ich jemals in der Hand gehalten habe. Das Training ist sowas von effektiv ! Ich Berte sehr selten. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung

Habe die Hanteln nun seit einem halben Jahr und bin bislang total zufrieden damit! Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch der Kundenservice ist spitze und hat sich einige Zeit nach dem Kauf sogar extra gemeldet um nachzufragen, ob mit dem Produkt alles in Ordnung ist. Ich habe den Kauf noch keine Sekunde bereut.

Gewichteinstellung

Tolles sehr schönes sowie praktisches Produkt.
Leider lassen sich die Hanteln nicht unter 4 kg Mindestgewicht einstellen. Angegeben ist ab 1,5 kg in 1,5 kg Schritten nach oben.
Trotzdem ein wirklich tolles Produkt!!!!

Tolles Hantelset für ernsthaftes Training zu Hause

Ich habe die Braingain 32,5 kg Hanteln jetzt seit einigen Wochen im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, der Verstellmechanismus funktioniert nach kurzer Eingewöhnung zuverlässig und schnell, und die feinen 1,5 kg-Schritte sind perfekt für eine saubere, progressive Trainingssteigerung.

Was besonders praktisch ist: Das Set bietet 20 Gewichtsstufen – von 4 bis 32,5 kg – was im klassischen Hantelbereich bedeuten würde, man bräuchte 20 einzelne Hantelpaar. Das würde nicht nur deutlich mehr kosten, sondern auch extrem viel Platz einnehmen. Hier spart man beides – und das in einer sehr stabilen, gut durchdachten Konstruktion.

Der Griff ist etwas dicker als bei Standardhanteln, was anfangs ungewohnt sein kann, aber auf Dauer die Griffkraft mittrainiert – für mich also eher ein Pluspunkt. Ein leichtes Klappern beim Training ist vorhanden, aber nicht störend.

Die Lieferung war schnell, das Set kommt in drei Paketen und ist sofort einsatzbereit – kein Werkzeug, kein Aufbau. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die regelmäßig und ernsthaft zu Hause trainieren wollen.
