Review – 41.5 kg Dumbbell Version

I’m really happy with this 41.5 kg version – it’s great to work with!
The grips are slightly thicker, so the forearms really get a solid workout, but in my case, that’s actually a good thing – my forearms are a weak point, so this might help.
Handling the heavier weight is a bit more challenging, but that’s exactly what I was looking for.
I haven’t tried the older version, so I can’t compare, but this one looks and feels really high-quality.
So far, everyone I’ve shown them to had only good things to say – dozens of people gave positive feedback. I’m confident they’ll serve me well for many years to come.
We’ll see how they handle some rougher treatment, as it can happen sometimes that they need to be dropped to the ground a bit harder.
As for the weight adjustment – it’s smooth and fast. When training normally, nothing rattles and the dumbbells feel solid.

Diese Hanteln ersetzen das ganze "Chaos" an Scheiben und Montage und den nervigen Wechsel der Scheiben sowie Platzersparniss gegenüber normalen Hanteln.
Die Verarbeitung sowie die Haptik ist Top.
Die Scheiben halten perfekt. Die Verstellung ist Kinderleicht.
Der Griff ist fűr mich vom optimalen Umfang da es genauso wie im Langhantel Bereich fűr mich besser ist und Training intensiver als wie zu dünne Griffe, dort arbeite ich mit Fat Grips.
Alles in allen das perfekte Produkt zum Training mit immensen Platzersparniss gerade im Home Gym Bereich.

excellent quality.
I also have a pair of rep pepin 125lb adjustable dumbbells.
I find myself reaching for my braingains in preference to the rep as I find them easier to adjust and re rack.
I would highly recommend the braingain in terms of quality, ease of use and value for money
