Panca regolabile (piatta, inclinata, declinata)

Great bench, from a great company. Highly recommended for the price I paid (£130). Think you’d be hard pressed to find a bench of the same quality for the same money.

The bench is quite sturdy and of good quality. I like the previous once I got this one is just amazing and I recommend the seller. This is a good buy

I use it most days, easy to put away, doesn’t last the job.

Love this for my home gym use, very versatile for doing all my shoulder and chest dumbbell exercises so loads of functionality. I weigh 82KG and it feels very sturdy when I plant myself in the seat, solid price too, would recommend.

Is realy good for what i use it at home, looks good and does the job.

Good quality. Feels sturdy. Quite simple to put together, not easily/quickly foldable.

Solid bench, easy installing, really good quality. Doesn't quite go to 90° incline, but not far off, only bad point. Very confordable, Really good product

I have to say I’m really pleased with this purchase and is good value for money. The bench looks fantastic and is very comfortable and of good quality. It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. Perfect for my needs.

Love this bench. Very strong and perfect for doing lateral dumbbell press. Very impressed with the quality. They also have a QR code which takes you to a video to help you get set up as i'm not great following assembly instructions ! 10/10

Very pleased with this bench, sturdy and has various incline positions. Instructions weren't great and so I would recommend tightening everything loosely initially, but it is fairly straightforward. Overall good value for money.``

Been using this specific bench 5 times a week for 10 months. If you are tall (I'm 6 feet exactly) then the headrest on this is absolutely essential. It folds up to a small enough footprint and fits a perfect little space on the side of my gym room. Putting it up and breaking it down is easy enough, albeit a little clunky occasionally. I actually like the foot bar and use it for core stuff. The only slight critique is that when doing sit ups/core exercises, it has left a proper indentation into the foam (I'm not a heavy guy, it's just that repeated up and down motion in the crease area - see pic). So that's not ideal. But otherwise it's practical, solid enough to take me standing one-footed on leg day, and, yep, can definitely recommend.

A great sturdy bench with a wide range of positions, great padding too. Excellent value.

Very good build quality, as adjustable as you need from a weights bench. Ticks all my boxes.

Helpful to have the handle at the front and the wheels at the back to move the bench around easily.

I love the all black design with the only colour from the pulleys for adjustment.

Better than your usual flimsy weight benches, good solid but lightweight bench.

Bought as a Christmas present for my 16 yr old son and for myself too if I'm honest, to replace an older bench. Very surprised at the build quality considering the price as good as any bench you would find in a gym. Very pleased indeed. Also easy to assemble.

Really pleased with braingain gear for my home
Gym. With this bench and the adjustable dumbbells I can train my whole body at home without it taking up much space

I recently purchased the Braingain bench, and it has completely transformed my home workout routine. This versatile piece of equipment offers a wide range of exercise possibilities, making it a fantastic addition to any home gym.
The adjustable incline and decline settings allow me to target different muscle groups effectively. Whether I'm doing chest presses, shoulder presses, or tricep extensions, the bench provides optimal support and comfort.
The sturdy construction ensures stability, even during intense workouts. The padded upholstery is both comfortable and durable, making it a pleasure to use.
I'm particularly impressed with the compact design, which makes it easy to store when not in use, But i usually have leave it out and ready to use.
Its a great combo with the adjustable dumbbells I bought from Braingain as well definitely have a look at those. I got the adjustable40kg octagonal ones 2.5kg increments.
I highly recommend the Braingain bench. It's a versatile, durable, and comfortable piece of equipment that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

easy to assemble very sturdy product with excellent range of motion, very good value at price point, as good as the full commercial benches ive seen in many gyms, handled 40 kg dumbell press with no effort at all

Easy to assemble, solid and sturdy bench. Comfy, durable padding. Plenty of incline / decline options. Great value for money. Can’t recommend enough
