Adjustable kettle bell

This product is fantastic, the handle is large enough for big hands, and it being adjustable makes it great for small spaces, it's easy to use too, I love it, the only observation is when you use the lower weights make sure you keep it balanced both top and bottom or you might bruise your arms to start with, I think it's user error though, I'm getting on with it really well

Solid enough build. Good price. A little noisy but can live with that. Biggest issue is it's a 9kg kettlebell but the handle grip is not too good for single handed exercises, especially ones the are balance based bottom up exercises.

Additional I have got another and added grip tape the to the handle makes it a lot more usable. Also put a layer of grip tape on the inner lip of the disk, this solved the metal on metal clatter noise.

Looks like the weights are 1.1kgs
So it's 9kg, 7.9, 6.8,5.7,4.6,3.5,2.4kgs

Absolutely brilliant piece of equipment

Absolut geniale Kettlebell – klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Adjustable Kettlebell von Braingain. Das Design ist optisch sehr ansprechend, und auch sehr durchdacht. Der Griff liegt hervorragend in der Hand, was die Übungen deutlich angenehmer macht. Die Platten haben eine sehr hochwertige, weiche Haptik und fühlen sich richtig gut an.

Das Verschlusssystem ist ebenfalls top: Es lässt sich sehr gut offnen und schließen und bleibt absolut sicher verriegelt – von allein öffnet sich da nichts. Ich habe die Kettlebell bereits mehrfach bei meiner Sportgruppe im Einsatz gehabt, und wir sind uns einig: Es ist einfach ein großartiges System!

Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man die Gewichte individuell einstellen kann. Dadurch spart man sich eine ganze Sammlung von Kettlebells und hat trotzdem die Möglichkeit, die Übungen zu variieren und das Training perfekt anzupassen. Gerade mit einer Gruppe von Leuten kann man hier alle gut abholen.

Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ein hochwertiges, flexibles und platzsparendes Trainingsgerät suchen! Gruß Olli
