Great customer Service and the Dumbbells are good quality

I saw a couple of reviews on YouTube before deciding. I spent more money than I originally wanted but I am so happy it did. The quality is incredible. I feel safe using the weights and it is a pleasure to workout with them. I am super happy. I am not surprised that they have the reputation to be the best on the market.

Die Methode zur Änderung des Gewichts ist ein unkomplizierter Prozess, was eine Erleichterung ist, da eine meiner Bedenken zuvor war, ob der Gewichtswähler leichtgängig oder schwergängig sein würde. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit diesen Hanteln.

Been using this product for about 6 weeks now.

I encountered an issue with it that required me to unscrew some parts. After a LOT of difficulty trying to put it back together I contacted the seller asking for instructions on how best to re-assemble - they sent me a replacement bar so amazing customer service. I eventually managed to re-assemble it too but it was extremely extremely fiddly to get the nuts back in place so I don't think this product is designed to be taken to pieces by the end user.

Apart from this issue, the product has been flawless.

The handle and the rotating gear is very sturdy as is the base and the individual weight attachments. The plastic 'clips' that lock the weights in place are a weak spot and I can see them breaking if you dropped the weights or even put them down roughly.

Given the price of the weights compared to competitors this seems fair enough - I bought these to use at home for a few months before I join a gym. If you plan to use them like this I think you'll have a great time. If you're looking for these as a 'buy for life' option and plan to use them regularly at high weight levels I think you'll break them eventually.

These dumbells are amazing for the price. The design is very similar to the 'bowflex' ones and are very well built. They feel very premium and the weights are easy to change with the dials at both ends. I bought the 40kg with 17 increments and bought them on sale with an additional 10% promo down to £315 which is an absolute bargain, considering a racked pair of dumbells with the same increments would probably cost close to £1000. Easy assembly, great grip and the size isn't too bulky and can be tucked away fairly easily. Recommended purchase.
